Regarding Access to Background Verification Report

Employer conducted Background verification through its vendor on employee and offered employment.
supervisor has been making absurd references to BGC report and demanded copy of report from employer which they denied maintaining policy reason.
Employee also came to know background verification agency/vendor through which employer conducted verification.
Employee went to agency directly and asked them to give access to report but they are not ready to give and claiming that owner of report is employer and they can only share.

what can't employee have access to report from employer and agency directly.
as agency is holding personal information about employee is it not fundamental right of employee/person to get his information.does any Indian law restrict person to get this information.
Is writ petition only option here.

The act of the employer or the surveyor agency is not against your fundamental rihts rather it is the prerogative of the employer to verify the anticidants of the person going to be engaged in his prestigious organization. If he is satisfied, only then he offers the employment. 

 

Nothing wrong has been committed by duo as the verification report is confidential document which cannot be provided to you as per law.
