Regarding daughter authority on parent property

Hi ,

Please direct me to correct form if i am posting in worng place.

 I have query regarding daughter authority on parent property,

Query : Daughter have take propert as dawry which is half of parent property , now she sold some of it  and again asking  half share in this case what can be done.

Dowry is illegal. Hence, the giver & the taker should be proceeded against.

As per recent jusgement of the Apex Court, daughters are to get the equal share of properties of their deceased parent(s) as the sons. This is as per Hindu Succession Act,1956

Query :  If property is  divided between daughter and son , is there any way to register (or other procedure ) so that there are no disputes  further.
