we agree for mutual consent divorcee in year oct ,2011 and finish our first motion divorcee in Delhi family court and i pay to my ex wife almost 90% payment ,rest 10 % payment which i supposed to pay her in last motion last year in May 2012 since then my ex wife is not coming in court and she ignored the court notice , Register letter ,speed post and other notice through DCP of Goa and police found her house was locked and all register letter,speed post letter returned back from her place then we filed for contempt of court application against her which Delhi family court ADJ accepted.
delhi family Court sent several reminder to her and last month we gave the notification in newspaper also in Delhi and her place in Goa then also she is not coming in court and its my bad luck that Judge not came yesterday for hearing in court and court staff gave me next year March date . It’s very painful and time consuming for me now more than two years passed ans till i am waiting for judgement its not good in india every man is harrased where is woman part they have very soft corner which is totally biased and wrong .
this is second time ADJ not came in hearing because of this i am suffering
Can anyone help me to guide how i can get divorcee decree from court it’s ADJ is not coming in court . I am mentality and financially disturb so much and my old aged parents also and family members too. can i put up a application to ADJ to quash up case .
Can anyone send me any judgment copy or detail or email link in which the court granted the ex party divorcee to husband or wife if any other party is not coming in court
Please advise me what next step i must take now.
