There's no such law favouring women.
There's no gender biased law.
If a woman is filing false case against her husband and in laws, they can very well defend themselves on the basis of documentary evidences in their support.
If you are aggrieved by any decision of the trial court, you have rights to prefer an appeal to get your grievances redressed on merits in your side.

How you are affected / concerned with divorce laws enacted by Parliament of India ?
Did you discuss it with any of the Member of Parliament on the subject ?

Most of the people suffer the stretched legal battles because of the fact that they are not aware of how to handle the situation or how to challenge the false cases invoking various legal aspects involved in this.
Sometimes people suffer due to incompetence skill of their lawyers too.
I have seen many people dragging on the legal battles for the sake of the ego that they are affected by.
