Regarding E STAMP lease agreement..

Dear quieriest, you query is not clear.  Which agreement and for what purpose done? State full facts.  Four years back in most of states no e-stamp paper. 

sir I am from Karnataka.its a lease agreement for 5lacks we kept our field under lease for 5 lacks in the year 2013 ..and for that to return his money we thought to sell 1 acre .and we took loan and gave him his money but in return he gave fake agreement paper and warned I will lodge a case if you sell to others ..
