Regarding esi policy help needed

dear sir /madam

my name is sharad s badge i join cms computer ltd banglore on 9th march 2015 as per esi rules after

90 days in any things happen to person deasese insured person get super speacilist treatment so on 9 june my 90 days going to complete but my ip registration of esi has been done by my hr on 12 may 2015 and when i check esi online its show " super speacialist treatment faciliy rules count 90days from date of ip registration , so in this case if something serious happen to me or any other person .. how can i get super speacailist treatment ?

Transfer the onus on company and claim Employee Compensation or thru Group Insurance that company might have included you.

The HR person can answer you.

Hi Sharad,

First of all, ask question to company that, for delay of enrollment..? & report to ESIC about the same, if you want to settle this issue out of legal wayss, then ask company to provide compensation for the same..
