Regarding Gratuity amount

Hi,

I have been worked in my previous company more than 5 year and after that I have resigned the company with proper procedure and noticed period, the company also given experience and relieving letter.

after completion of one year and many follow up with HR and senior management company released my FNF only but not released my gratuity, still I am following up with HR and senior management but they are ignoring, I am following with company by email from last 1.7 year and visit many times to office but still company not releasing my gratuity cheque.

please advise what next week I have to take.

Send legal notice to company, claiming your gratuity and mention in notice failure on company part will force you to file case at labor court.
