Our Housing society based at Palghar, Our society chairman had refused to sign the audit report since many members in committe had asked him numerous question regarding the payment done for various small works without consultation, which members find expensive and also He thretened that he would not resign.. All society committe members want him to put resignation so new chairman is appointed.. in upcoming AGM.. but he refuses to do so..Though Audit report is sign by Other 2 signatory.. we had actually asked all 3 members to be changed.. secretary and tresurer had put their resignation. How can we tackle Chairman issue??
