Regarding leave license agreement

Hello to all,

I am here with a question regarding the shop where i am tenant (this is an ansestral property of them), i have done leave license agreement with 1 of the owner (mother of other nominees), Now she is no more (dead). the agreement i have done with her was up to aug 2015. i want to know what are the bindings of the agreement towards her nominees?? can they force me to leave the shop? please enlighten me and help me in details. you need to provide a copy of the agreement based on which it could be ascertained whether the agreement is binding on the legal heirs or not.

Sir ..... I had seen a shop to open a restaurant and i want a advice from u that which type of agreement shuld i make or demand from broker beacuse i em nt going to buy it................and its only a shop i had to make many changes like it need a construction  and what type of clauses should be there in agreement plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz guide me ........

you may go for lease agreement for 3 years or more.

 

Further clauses which are required to be inserted needs to carefully looked into. you may consult a lawyer to draft the agreement for you.
