Regarding not showing of previous employment

Respected sir madam I was selected for a state govt job. I reported at divisional level and submitted my arrival at divisional level only. They allocated me subdivision and ask me to report at my respective subdivision. Neither I reported at my subdivision nor I submitted any documents in subdivision (pan etc). I didn't do any single day duty. I haven't any Pran no. Issued. I haven't any employee id issued. I have a letter issued by my dept. With heading " not joining at subdivision". Later I resigned thru proper channel( at division office). Now I am selected for another govt job in different state , is there ny need to show my previous employment.? Is this joining stands valid?
