Dear sir,
In case of 304B and 498A.
1. Main Accused and Co-accused get regular bail from Session Court and also charge sheet of both the persons is submit by police in court.
2. still one of co-accused (female) bail is pending because she is 58 yrs old and suffering from deases. Lawyer is saying that wait for some time. aleady 2 months has been passed. She is hospitized and no arresting by police.
3. Arrest Stay (226) and Quash (482) is dismissed by HC Allahabad.
Should we go to supeme court for third co accused .
Kindly suggest what will do. we donot want to she go behind the bars.
