What documents are required to be submitted in the co-op. housing society by the purchaser after purchasing the stilt parking only from the seller to whom the builder had allotted the said stilt parking along with the flat and mentioned in his flat agreement also.

Parking cannot be sold as held by Apex Court.

Yes,stilt parking can not be sold it is illegal.

Just issue notice to co-op housing society seeking for allotment of parking and ask them to provide the list of documents required for the purpose.
