Regarding tax

House is divided into two people. So tax is divided equally. Now the other person took another door no. and he payed the half tax. But the property is not registered yet and we have to pay the full tax itseems. So shouldn't we divide the tax?

Make a simple grievance petition for reducing tax basing on facts.  The tax authorities depute their engineer with the surveyor, and measures the building and can reduce tax.  This is simple and you may contact your ward counselor for help and further guidance in expediting the process.
