Regarding the pagdi system house

Hello,

In case of the Pagdi system building which is going for an re-development.

Client is having the 365 sq. area and residing in that building for 26 yrs will he get the same area OR more than the existing area. Also, whether he has to pay any construction cost to builder for pagdi system?

If he gets the more area how much he should get as per the law?

He will gate 365*1.5 salable area in new construction .he don't have to pay anything, moreover he will get the rent for period till the construction wil go on.

so the party would get 365*1.5=547 sq.ft area.

Suppose assuming the same case study above, if the party is having a Deposit house and its going for re-development and the area is 365 sq.ft.What he will get in this case?
