My Name is Prahallad, I am stuck in a problem which is explained below.
- I have brought a used card from X person.
- RC was under transfer
- Insurance can not be transferred without RC
- during this time vehicle got damaged while parking.
- Insurance is valid till 2011 Nov
- I requested insurance guys for claim
- they said not possible without insurance transfer
- Transfer is not possible without RC
- Let me know what needs to be done.
will I get claim or not.
