Dear Sir,
I am a governement of India emplyee working as manager in Miniratna "C" catagory CPSE. In the last one year i have worked on 27 sundays,holidays and off saturdays but there is no compensatory off or honerarium etc.I would like to know is any rule for any compensasation or i may put up this matter to top management (please advise if there is any rule/provision ) . Your reply that "approach to hc in writ " .if it may be eloberated that on what basis or any such judgement is there or any case is there we may approach but before that it is required to get some backup and to know some details to approach HC
