Dear Sir,
I am a governement of India emplyee working as manager in Miniratna "C" catagory CPSE. In the last one year we have worked on 27 sundays,holidays and off saturdays but there is no compensatory offc or honerarium etc.I would like to know is any rule for any compensasation or i may put up this matter to top management (please advise rule if any) .
