lesssor and lessee executed a lease deed but at the time of registration the lessee is out of state due to health problem .can brother of lessee sign at the time of registration on his hehalf uneed registration act

Dear querist, it seems to be hypothetical.  The lessee's presence is necessary at the time of registration of lease deed.  Otherwise the lessee shall give registered POA in favour of his brother/any family member/well wisher.  Without registered POA no one can sign in the lease deed.
