Registration details are not matching with ec details

Hello all,

I have a property in hyderabad with my and my mother name. I registered this long back 1996 .

When i tried to get the EC details .. i see that its showing some other details not the one which has been registered. The plot number and the survey numbers are different.

What should i do..?

Should i consult the registration office..?

Please give your valuable advice.
