Registration of Documents

4 documents for the same land, namely: 1. Release deed by 3 legal heirs to 4th legal heir 2. Partition of property after the above release between remaining legal heirs 3. Transfer of share by 1 legal heir after the above partition 4. Appointment of power by the remaining legal heirs and new transferee after the above transfer These documents need to be registered in this sequence to be legally valid. But can they be registered on the exact same day, simultaneously? I have checked provisions u/s 47 property act and u/s 48 registration act. Sec 47 states that the registration is effective as per execution time. Hence all four become effective at the same time. But that will make them invalid because Document 2 cannot be possible without completely the process of Doc 1. Hence they must be one after the other. Is mere successive registration document numbers sufficient to prove that they occured in sequence or is it considered same day/simultaneous and hence void? Please clarify...
