The address mentioned by u is right. I am not able to understand whats the problem with those officials who said to u that the Deed will be registered with the Registrar who is dealing with matters of Haryana only.

Are you sure that the said deed will be Registered at Chandigarh only.

One of the person i have contacted has told me that it will be registered in PANCHKULA.

I am no sure because delhi is not my working area right now. What I got information for searching says that the address mentioned by you correct. Even u can see the website of Panchkula !! it also says the same address !!

I found one document :-

It says Registered with Distt. Registrar of firms & Societies, Panchkula Haryana.

So, it is quite possible that Panchkula is the place u are searching for. But the address is not mentioned in that document.
