Registration of sale deed

I purchased a property in 1977 and the sale deed (copy not held at Present) was registered as per attached letters and also details were eneterd in the CTS Property records.and under ULC authority who has approved the transfer and sent intomation to Registrar.

Do i now have to get any other formality done if i have to sale the flat.Other flats have been sold and sale deed registered without problems

in this case registration of subsequent sale deed will not be problem, however you need to get it mutated, but you are telling that it is done automatically, so keep one mutation copy for your records.

The next buyer may demand original sale deed.

The option is to apply for certified copy.
