If one purchases a property from bank through an auction as per SARFAESI ACT, does he need to register Sale deed of the property or SALE Certificate?
Sale deed was registered for the property purchased from bank through auction as per SARFAESI and in stamp paper - Article 20(a) Conveyance - Immovable Property and receipt of registration - sale/conveyance deed have been written, is this ok? Or should it be registered as sale certificate at SRO instead of sale deed?
