Dear Experts,
We are the Waste Disposing Company(Landfilling, burning in incernator or in Plasma tech. Sewage water treatement plant etc.). These are not manufacturing anything. Theseares service industries. The Mandatory condition for registration for industries is that it should have been manufacturing industry. Still we are being compelled by authorities to get registered Under Factories Act.? Please let me know exact solution to satiesfy these authorities that we are not entitled to be registered.
