I have bought a flat in gurgaon and that time possession was not received so the owner of that flat has provided GPA to us. For GPA we have legal documents, now possession has been received and Flat brand agency person calling for registry and we are ready to go for that but they are saying in registry first owner would be "to whom you got that flat " and your name will be written as " registered to A through B". B is us.
Now, i want to know, what is the correct process and how we can go for registry on our name. Builder is not supporting us.
