Were owners copy of sale deed and certified copy of sale deed different from each other in 2004??
ie are thier two copies of sale deed made during the regeration of sale deed or can the sale deed with the owner and in the registrar office different from each other??
Because in my case the owner is showing a different sale deed and the sale deed present in registrar office is different , some people say two copies are made and one is handed over to owner and one is kept in the office ,so I want to know which copy is genuine or are both genuine???
Original Sale Deed is a Private Document where as Certificed copy of Sale Deed is a Public Document. There is differnce in private document and public document. The private document will be in the custody of party where as public document can be obtain from Sub-Registrar office.
