I have working in a Soceity which is registered under Society Registration Act,1961 of West Bengal. My date of joining is on 09.05.2007. Though my nature of duty is like regular employee, I am engaged as contractual employee in the post of Data Entry Operator. I have been recruited as per Govt. norms (before joining advertisement was published in leading news paper like Anandabazar Patrika, after that Interview and computer test has been taken at the Office of the District Magistrate,Purba Medinipur). I have completed 10 years of my service in this coming April,2017. Since joining my service is exteded through official letter without any break. In that situation can I claim for my regularization? Is there any rule for regularization of such employee or employees?
