Reimbursement of pre-emi

What is Pre EMI? After certain period of time buyer will pay this Pre EMI which is not reimbursable against Home Loan under subvention scheme.

Hello,

Pre EMI does not include the principle of loan. Therefore pre EMI is of low amount. After possession bank charge full EMI which include interest on loan and loan amount.  Subvention is adjusted against total interest charged by bank.
