In a civil case by a group of central government employees we have got a favourable verdict from Delhi CAT and from Delhi High Court, and further the SLP of the government dismissed by suprme court in jan 14,2011. Since the government not implimentred court order we had filed a contempt petition in CAT delhi, and after the first hearing of the contempt case the government filed riview petition in Supreme Court..Unfortunately the riview petition has been kept in abeyance till the decision in a similar case which is filed as SLP in Supreme court.
In this scenario what is a next step we should do?
Can we continire the contempt case in Delhi CAT ?.The SC has not stayed the favourable verdict to us,
