I have filed divorce under cruelty ground 2 yrs back. Few months back wife has submitted her SAY (WS).
In WS she has make many allegations on me.
Now I have two options - 1) Rejoinder or 2) Pursis
I dont want to delay case. Is is OK if i write my response to her SAY in Pursis instead of Rejoinder?
