1. Succession Certificate court matter is "unilateral" and usually there are no opposite parties, unless there is dissent between the legal heirs.
2. By virtue of the above, the Succession Certificate Application can be duly amended to delete or add any property with proper documentary procedures (with permission of court), that may come to the notice of the Applicant. There is no legal bar to amending such application.

Pleadings can be amended at any stage of proceedings so get amendment in pleadings and delit the Properties do not exists and add the new properties which came to in your notice.
