Relief for a wrong act which does not impact me

Please advise me I can seek a prohibitory order against an unlawful act of others even if I am not impacted by that act

Yes, you can get a decree of prohibition in a public nuisance u/s 91 of CPC and section 268 of IPC even if you are least affected by such an action.
