Religion change

Hi all I am a hindu guy but I want to become a mushlim and accept Islam and I learned quran. Plz tell me the procedure and how much time for all documents changing (id proof, name) ect. Plz reply me. Thanks

Contact cpncermed Kazis or great personalities during such Namaz at  any mosque and they will happily publish it prominently and arrange for such documentation.
