Relinquishment Deed

(1) My father had inherited a house & agriculural land after grandfather's death (2) My father is alive and above properties are on his name (3) My sister & brother are abroad. (4) I want to relinquish my share from above ancestral property through Relinquishment Deed in favour of my mother for no amount. (5) Therefore, for executing such relinquishment deed for zero amount does the presence or POA of my brother and sister required??? Looking forward to guidance....

you need to execute the relinquishment deed and get it notarized. You need not require to obtain any consent from your brother and sister. Regards, Advocate Rohit Dalmia 9324538481

You can relinquish your share by executing only registered relinquish deed and the deed must be registered in sub registrar office.Relinquish deed registered by Notary Public is not  valid.
