Dear Expert,
I got married in 2000, its an love cum arranged marriage. We have one daughter of age 10 who is living with me at present. My husband applied divorce case on me in 2011. we went for three counselling. Even though he is not willing to live with us and he is also not giving any maintenance for us.Now he is going to get second marriage without getting divorce (saying that he is having political influence and money background)
Can u please tell me whether there is a possiblities that he can do second marriage without getting divorce from me?
