Remedies - order passed in a writ

Dear Members 

Please help

1) Party A filed a  writ.

2) HC court issued order to the concered public authority to take action.

3) Order has now adverse impact on Party B but it is not a party to suit till now.

What are the remedies available to Party B.

Public authority has to give reply to the honourable high court for their response on party B as per the court order.

if party B affect due to this order then he can challenge that in appellate forum like in single bench of the high court passed then you have to go in writ appeal to division bench of that high court or supreme court. The reason is that “without made party to the affected party passed such order”

there also have a large number of supreme court judgment and that order can be set aside.
