Remedy for no advocate

Dear EXPERTS 

Please advise Remedy 

the court of justice ordered dameges / penelty etc to accused for illigal residing in my house, the accused inform the court he is having nothing , in fact he is having, the accused claverly removed his advocate also, court want to send him civil jail, now he is without advocate, write application to court to provide advocate under legal aid, judge said high court orders without advocate can not sent to jail, 

now two months no advocate ....nil proceedings, accused not submitting affidavit to legal aid secretary , in nut shell he is advised by any law expert for delay / linger on  

on every date without advocate nil progress in three cases 

please advise Solution

It is not the duty of the court to get appoint an advocate by the defendant. File an execution petition to execute the decree.
