I want to rent it out. I wish to do 11-months leave and license agreement.
Q1. Can the agreement be notorized by a public notary or must be registered in a registry office?
Q2. Is it needed to be registered only at the place of rent (Pune) or can a notary in Delhi do it too?
Q3. Can we exchange the notarized copy over courier without travelling to Pune?
Q4. Can 11 months be enforced if not registered properly or registered by notary?
