In our society cycles are parked in 4 wheeler stilt parking without consent from stilt owner. They were shifted to other common area of the society. The cycle owners are making rackus that they were not informed prior to shifting. Is it necessary? Cycles were shifted at the request of 4 wheeler owner to whom the parking is allotted.

The argument of the Cycle Owners is not correct. I hope the cycles are shifted without any damage to the same and to a place where the same can be accessed.
In any case, parking of Cycles in a car parking area owned by another person is wrong and is unauthorised.
