I have given my Flat on Leave & Lisence in Mumbai for 11 months and the agreement is registered. Now I want to renew for another 11 months. Is it essential to get the same registered L&L agreement once again registered after renewal ? or just if we sign a normal letter that we both parties want to renew our already registered L&L Agreement for a further period of 11 months (and do not register it). Can it be legally valid L&L Agreement?
