I want let out my commercial shop for the period of 3 years.
Please advise the best way for leagl document. The month rent would be Rs. 10000/ month and security Rs. 20000/-
My question
1) Which agreement would be the best LEASE DEED OR RENT AGREEMENT.
2) Whether Registed one or Notarised is okay ( with register notary)
3) Stamp duty on this..
Please help me for advising on above point before letout. (rent)
