we have a commercial property transfered from husband to to me and my son in 2008 after his death .
but whole transfer my instead of addition of my name my name is removed from property card. last month It comes to my knowlege and for the same i had made application for correction and addition of my name which is done successfully.
now it come to my knowlege that my son had doen rent agreement for the property to his uncle without my knowledge and conscent also .
now please tell me what to do in this situation.i have a new property card in which my name is also added as a owner . what legal action shall I take to vacate the tenant .
