Rent agreement validity

If I have created a rent agreement from July 2018 till Dec 2018 on 28 sep 2018 stamp paper. Will it be considered a valid document?

You can specifically mention the date and such reasons for entering into agreement and state reasons for executing at a later date to avoid confusion or controversies.
