my mother have 1 room kitchen on pagadi system in thane area. Presently we r not living inthis room. We want to give it on rent to third person(tenant), but our landlord is asking for some amount from that rent ? How much percentage we should give to him? Is it legal to make agreement between we and tenant ? how it should be?
If we keep tenant and dont give money tolandlord ? what will be the consequences?
