i have a tenant n my flat for the last 2year.and we do a 9months lease each time. this is n chennai agreemtn period is ending and i am considering to extend.at the same time, i also have plans to sell of this flat. so just want to know what sort of a points can i include to conver this situation so it will be a good standing t legal standpoint.
basically , he has been a OK tenant with few differences n the past ,due to delayed rent payment, but just want to make sure he doesnt give me any trouble if he has to vacate as part of the sale during the agreement period.
