Renting of Garage to Doctor in a Residential Co-op Hsg Soc

I own a Garage in Co-operative Society in south mumbai. I want to rent it to a doctor, Lawyer, CA. Do renting of garage to professionals is considered as commercial activity or service activity. What are the norms for the same.
