Repayment

Hi Everyone !

First of all, i am very sorry, if i misspell or used an unappropriate words !

Issue : I gave Rs, 2,00,00 to one of my relative, in return i made him to sign an bond regarding, with his cheque leaf's on particular date.

but now he responds me very badly and tells me that he will to repay me back.

And he said i cannt do anyting with the cheques he gave .

I have no knowledge regarding, please assist me, i will be very thankfull.
