Dear Experts,
I have given a counter to a petition on 19th Feb 2018. The Honble Court gave the next hearing on 16th Apr 2018 but the petitioner/counsel failed to appear. Then, the Honble Court gave next hearing on 30th May 2018.
If the petitioner/cousel fails to appear again on 30th May 2018, Can I pray the Honble Court to dismiss the case as it would have crossed 100 days from 19th Feb to 30th May 2018? or Do I have any options ? or Do I have to simply remain quiet & wait for the Honble Court to take a decision. Please advice.
