FACTS:
Form 24 A has been filed by a Company against ABC Private Limited under section 22 of companies Act 1956 for the rectification of name. The RDr has issued a notice to offer comments and explanations to ABC Private Limited as to why necessary proceedings should not be initiated under section 22 ABC Private Limited is my client.
QUERY :
- What are the documents or affidavits required to be submitted to the RD?
- What is the procedure to respond to such notice issued and to submit the documents and affidavits with the RD?
