My father had done the gift deed on my mother's name and me, We had paid the stamp duty and registration charges at registration office and took a receipt and gift deed agreement
I need to know does it require/mandatory to get transfer letter from Bandra SRA office to be transfer name change on share certificate. or else housing society will give us name change on share certificate.
